Brandrgarde is a progression map with stronger reasons to coordinate tasks, equipment expectations, and boss goals before queueing. Solo support for Normal and Cataclysm is announced for the middle of Season 1, so current and future access must be kept separate.
Before entering
- Confirm the live mode and difficulty requirements instead of relying on a Beta-era guide.
- Agree on task priorities before a random trio splits across the map.
- Bring a kit appropriate for the objective, not only the minimum displayed value.
- Plan who can disengage, revive, or secure an extraction if the boss attempt fails.
Why random trios struggle
Players may enter with different tasks, equipment budgets, and appetites for boss or PvP risk. A short plan at the start prevents three individually reasonable routes from becoming one failed team run.
Solo update watch
This guide will add separate Normal and Cataclysm solo preparation once the modes are live and their matchmaking, rewards, and balance differences can be verified.
